Bone Ship Studio's policy:

All sales are final. Once the product is bought the seller assumes all responsibility and shipping costs presented to them. Any faulty or broken product may be returned within 14days of item received unless item was bought in an "as is" listing. The buyer must take the proper return steps or the return will not be valid(steps below). The product is under the responsibility and care of the buyer and Bone Ship Studios claims no responsibility for the damages, neglect, and/or misuse of the purchased product. Some products we sell which may include up to any and all of our products may include potentially hazardous materials in which the buyer is responsible in full for being aware of and taking full care and responsibility for. It is the buyers responsibility to become aware of any and all materials they are purchasing through Bone Ship Studios, not the seller. By and when purchasing any and all products of Bone Ship Studios, the purchaser is agreeing to all of the above as well as agreeing that any action, or anything stated above is in the responsibility of the buyer. When purchasing any and all products from Bone Ship Studios and/or its artists, the buyer is claiming ALL responsibility and liabilities as your intents and purposes are not our responsibility under any circumstances. Reselling of our products is under your discretion, however we request you give credit where credit is due and not claim you did the work if you in fact did not.

STEPS FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCT:

1. Ensure the product is NOT what was as described. Things like "not the right shade of color, or "not the size it looked like" does not constitute a valid return. The product must be completely not what was described, or broken or missing.

2. If you feel the product meets step 1 in its entirety, immediately message/email/call get in contact with Bone Ship Studios immediately and let us know what went wrong. Pictures and details are highly recommended.

3. If you return request is within the 14day period of shipment received, and the request is approved(more than likely we will approve it if all steps are met, we want to ensure you a quality product everytime)...we will ask you to send item back and we will reimburse you for the cost of the item spent. Shipping is not necessarily always included in these transactions, as returns may not always cover shipping costs to and/or from.
